No problem!
Please provide the source code.
I can work with it on my own and do whatever I need.
I only asked you because you didn't post the source code file.
No problem!
Well, first of all, which exactly rule am I breaking by asking you to post the source code?Cagliostro wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 5:04 am This will not happen.
If you want an updated version, you must switch to MT5.
And, I suggest you to better align yourself to the rules of the forum for a good experience.

As you did not even take 2m of your time to check the rules, I consider your attitude pretty offensive.Dadas wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 6:22 am Well, first of all, which exactly rule am I breaking by asking you to post the source code?
Second, why should I switch to MT5 because you don't want to co-operate!
I would say more, but that would be breaking the rules, so I won't.
And I will figure out your code on my own, thank you! (for nothing)!
PS, and before I figure it out, I will make myself an iCustom() so that it won't interfere with my objects.
Dude, you said you weren't interested in MT4 any more.Cagliostro wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 6:38 am image_2025-05-31_223619049.png

The conversation ends here.
Dadas, please take a moment to understand that if the coder has chosen to keep his source code closed (.EX4), we must respect this. It's not because of a personal reason, it's simply because many hours of work have been poured into some of these codes and coders don't want to see them simply stolen, cloned, listed on ebay or sold off etc. which has happened to us in the past.Dadas wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 6:48 am Dude, you said you weren't interested in MT4 any more.
So, if you can't fix a simple thing like object cleanup which will delete only the objects from your indicator, then I asked if you could post the source code.
You know, I help people a lot, and if they ask me to fix an simple issue like that, I do it almost immediately.
What kind of person are you that you can't do a simple thing like that???
I totally understand the point!Jimmy wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 10:28 am Dadas, please take a moment to understand that if the coder has chosen to keep his source code closed (.EX4), we must respect this. Imagine if you spent hours, days and months creating and updating a code that can help others, then posted it openly online only to see that it's been cloned or sold later on. That wouldn't be fair, would it?
If you have a specific question regarding how the code works, you can ask here or send myself a PM and i'll continue this discussion with you.
You've mentioned helping out in the past. Can you help us with some of the smaller requests in our MT4 requests thread?
Give us a hand, be part of our community first and let us get to know you, too.
Send me a PM if you have any further questions or comments.
Basic coding? You have no idea of what you are talking about.Dadas wrote: Sun Jun 01, 2025 9:24 pm I totally understand the point!
I, myself also normally publish only my .ex4 files which I also protect against changing the file name.
However, if someone asks me to correct or add something, I usually do that and post another version protected .ex4.
So, I don't understand people like that guy, who can't take a minute to correct their basic coding bad habits!!!
As far as helping out here, I am sorry, but I am only one person and one forum is already sometimes too much for me...
