On May 2, Russia’s financial megaregulator, the Bank of Russia, has finally enacted the first of the basic standards for forex dealers operating on the financial markets.
This means the forex brokers who have a license from the Bank of Russia and are members of the only approved self-regulatory organization – the Association of Forex Dealers (AFD) can openly operate and advertise their activities in earnest.
So far there are only 8 regulated brokers in Russia.

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht, a.k.a. BaFin) announced on it’s introducing certain restrictions to CFD trading in order to safeguard the interests of retail clients. Namely, forex brokers won’t be able to offer trading in CFDs, unless they provide their clients with negative balance protection.
Brokers that wish to continue to operate in Germany have three months to comply with the requirement (until August 8, 2017).

Pretty interesting case here, thank you for sharing nbtrading
I believe that the answer of this murder is already deleted from the victim’s pc and probably that was the reason the investigation to be postponed – so they could “clean” the things :/ Will wait to see if there will be new details, but in my opinion they will just brush it under the carpet.
