Well ,for sure in case the missiles are really coming from Ukraine , it’s clear that nobody could ship something so big out of the factory and especially out of the country without the Ukrainians being aware of this. Therefore, in this occasion it could be concluded that they should be helping the Koreans…However the evidence in this material are only secondary.
