From Mladen Rakic again, not the same, but to me better than the breakout box. For the rest have no idea, since they are ex4 may need to contact the original authors.

Can't do anything with an ex4 file and what are you wanting it converted to.

oh i see could you kindly direct me to a moving averages indicator that plots a symbol on a chart if the two ema crossed? i am also looking for a supply and demand indicator.. i use mt5
