Convert MT4 indicators to MT5

Please can you convert this 2 MT4 indicators to MT5... When used together they produce very good results... plus can you add alert sound when the gold indicator its in line with yellow 3, to show for a good buy and sell. The 100pips are also good when trading if you can convert them to MT5 will be most grateful.
