So what you do is add first indicator left to right on screen.
Then you go to (f) to add another indicator except you need to select the (+) button next to the indicator window you added the first indicator to. Then when you do that you select the next indicator to add and make it apply to previous indicator in the "apply" section of the indicators settings.
Then So on and so forth until you get the indicator in the chart

13The other is %R {17} > Moving Average {17} > Envelopes {17} each applied to previous indicator's data whereby %R is without colour and the moving average is red, envelopes is blue..... using this for trend

14With in the trend I use stochastic setting 6,4,2 at over bought over sold area with in the direction of the trend. So up trend looking for over sold areas for entry. And down trend looking for over bought areas to sell within the trend direction.
