It is a flaw with the CSW that it does not work at times with assets that have a suffix attached. Your EURUSD is okay, but your CHFJPY has a "." after the name. Users have suggested possible fixes for this issue. Please read the last 4-5 pages, and you'll find the suggestions.

I had these informational indicators in the evaluation version, but I noticed the beta testers deleted these indicators. So I decided not to include them in the release version. I like and use them in my setup.
