Today we honor the memory of the defenders of Donetsk Airport - soldiers who became a symbol of modern Ukrainian courage and determination. The defense of the airport became an example of brotherhood, loyalty to the oath and strength of spirit. During this time, the Ukrainian military proved to the whole world: the spirit is stronger than concrete.
They were called "cyborgs" because the enemy did not believe that a person could fight like this. For us, they are Ukrainian soldiers, people of honor, courage and deep love for Ukraine. They defended not only the destroyed terminals - they defended the faith in freedom and the Ukrainian state.
Today, in the conditions of a large-scale war, the spirit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine lives in every Ukrainian unit, in everyone who fights despite fatigue, pain and losses.
They remind us: freedom is never given without a fight, and the state - without those who are ready to defend it. As long as we remember this, the country has a future.
