December 12, Defense Forces: enemy approaches to Kupyansk have been blocked (https://www.pravda.com.ua/news/2025/12/12/8011530/) and the occupiers have been completely surrounded.

The defenders destroyed 1,027 occupiers, liberated the villages of Kindrashivka and Radkivka and their surroundings, broke through to the Oskil River north of Kupyansk, completely blocking the land routes of the occupiers into the city. The Russian grouping in Kupyansk, which now numbers more than 200 servicemen, is completely surrounded.
