I appreciate that last post from Vetis. That is one of the basics that needs to be understood.

Here are a couple of posts from the original MT4 thread covering some of the basic ideas, with more pics and commentary in the post links. Hopefully it helps some beginners and maybe a nice spot for those getting closer to catch their breathe.

The little arrows you see on the charts are the StepMA indicator. I basically sub them in for the small semafors (mini dots).
