<FNC_dashboard_Ind_ms_RSSTOMF>

Indicator "RSSTOMF.ex4" is used.
Displays a signal when the RSI, Stochastic, and MFI all match in the same direction.
Red indicates an up arrow. If green, a down arrow is displayed.
Please let me know if you need another method of judgment.
