Here is my version with 2 filters I have used with success.
StochRsi on chart time frame and Trend on higher time frame.

I would need the custom indicators to add the additional rules.

NOTE: Added QQEA to version 3
NOTE : Added inputs for MACD, pSAR and QQE with defaults from the template so different values can be tested.
