is an interesting brief, but mainly because of it's level of delusion and deception.
The opening sentence shows an astonishing degree of delusion.

Everyone knows that over the last 30 years US imperialist expansionism has driven NATO right up to Russia's borders. The US has known for years that taking Ukraine into NATO was a Russian red line and would inevitably mean war.
School playground level tactic blaming others of what you yourself are doing.
But even better are the 4 Options the brief says are open to Germany and NATO.
''1/ Boost support for Ukraine''
With what? Doesn't say because there is nothing. Ukraine, NATO and the US have all admitted Ukraine has run out of money, equipment, ammo, and crucially men. And so have the west. It's over.
''2/ Integrate Ukraine …''
How? They don't say. Russia already has 20% of Ukraine and will take more as a buffer zone so that Ukraine can never threaten Russia ever again (and who can blame them after this shitshow). The west already tried and failed to degrade Russia.
''3/ Establish a More Balanced Relationship with the United States''
Seriously Germany, they just blew up your gas pipeline which supplied you with cheap energy. The US is not your friend.
''4/ Hamper Russia’s Production''
HaHa. The disaster that was sanctions against Russia backfired completely, the west became poorer while Russia were made richer. There is nothing Germany and NATO can do now except start a direct war with Russia which they would lose.
The truth is that Russia gave up imperial dreams 30 years ago because they bought nothing but chaos and poverty. Russia is rich in commodities and is becoming a rich country selling those commodities. To continue doing that Russia needs peace, war would only halt trade.
Same for China, China has a huge manufacturing base, it needs peace to sell it's products. It has invested trillions in it's 'belt and road' trade lines, war prevents trade and continued wealth creation.
Both Russia and China are obviously doing remarkably well creating wealth with peace.
The only countries that actually want war is the US and the EU in a vane attempt to maintain western hegemony. But a single block hegemony is not the natural state of things, the world has far more often been multipolar and will be so again. That doesn't mean that the west will be poorer, wealth creation is not a zero sum game. What is making the west poorer is it's determination to hang on to the past and continually trying to supress other nation states.
Are they tourists or immigrants? If they are immigrants that is a shame because USA has welcomed them in but seems they still hate us? Who knows...
