From my understanding if you set stochastic smoothing (speriod) to 1 you get the same as a wpr, except the of course the levels will be different. Have this stochastic version.

Interesting choice of arrows: break of the outer bands triggers arrow in the opposite direction
as your screenshot makes more than clear this (mostly) leads to losing trades - but why not
