I personally prefer desktop to conduct technical analysis. That gives me a better picture of the markets.

I agree, desktop is far better, never understood traders who use mobile for it. I mean being a beginner i need help here and there like i open different charts from Fxview, Earnforex and daily analysis and do my thing along and check. on mobile this is seriously not possible.

To each their own, if it works for someone, more power to them! I wouldn't use mobile for such purposes though, because desktop works for me better.

For detailed charting analysis, only a bigger screen works for me.

100% agree. I only use the mobile version for checking up on my trades and emergency measures. Never for analysis and planning

I barely do even that. I prefer trading entirely on my pc.

You can use mobile MT4 to skim a bit, but if you are planning to do trading, then it is best to use PC or an actual large screen for that

I use to see my positions only, though MT4 mobile platform is good but I don't like to watch charts on small screen as this limits my view.

I think that's the case for most traders. Analysis cannot be really properly conducted on a tiny screen.
