WELL SAID! Discussing such a topic is itself nothing less than differentiating between women and men. Such differences shouldn't exist. Men and Women both are equal.

I think the main difference between traders comes from personality - how organized and disciplined one is, which has nothing to do with gender.

Personality, skills, passion for trading - that is what makes or mars a person's career as a trader, got nothing to do with whether one is male or female.

We should definitely stop, but all don't have that type of thinking sadly. Many still think that women are inferior.

Women are not equal to, but rather better than men in many cases and even trading can be one of them. Got to give them their share of rights and respect always.
