Where is the error in the Step VHF adaptive VMA HL code?

It is planned to create a channel based on the Step VHF adaptive VMA indicator, using the highest price, lowest price, and even ATR. There has been a problem. The upper channel for the highest price displays normally; the lowest price channel (lower bound line) does not change colour, and the modified colour clrDarkSlateGray has also turned into a single line. Where exactly is the error in the code?

I made a channel from that indicator
maybe you can learn from it (i'm not very good but it works)
it has the advantage to be very reactive, at the price of smoothness
