Maybe stupid question but do you wait until the renko bar is closed to confirm that the "arrow" is correct and do not repaint?
Or do you entry as soon as the arrow shows up, even if the bar is not closed?

In the EA "RenkoLiveCharts_pimped_v4_13" is the box size 5 or 50?
