white line crosses up >= -25 level & Green line >=25 level ( ie. not mandaotry to cross red and green line )

THE CODE IS PROBLEMATIC...IT nEEDAs FIXING.
BASICALY IF IT START TO SHOW NEW BARS ..IT WILL PAINT MULTIPLE ARROWS...I NEED ONLY ONE
