Searching for ATR and Bollinger in the same string doesn't do much for filtering for me.

This is the MT4 version of Ehlers Enhanced Signal to Noise Ratio.

Rocket Science for Trader Jhon F. Ehlers p87-88

I could not find the MT4 version so I converted it.
The gray line is the original one. The blue is the EMA smoothed version.

When the line approaches or falls below 0, the price movement becomes smaller.
Changing Alpha 0.33 to 0.1 further smoothes it.
