Vix Fix alerts on 80/20 crossing

@Krelian99 discusses an amazing way to use this indicator in the thread above.
As market tops occurs at below 20 then a sell signal is generated when the Stochastic Vix crosses above 20 and correspondingly market bottoms occur above 80 so a buy signal is generated when the vix crosses below 80. Obviously there is no such thing as a holy grail and the need to filter this with other indicators is important such as HMA. but I think this is a useful indicator that deserves way more attention.
Please could I request you code these alerts functions into the indicator if possible.
