MT5 - swaps monitor for all Market Watch currency symbols

Here is a swaps monitoring indicator for all currency symbols in the MT5 Market Watch window. If all or some symbols show 0.00, just remove the indicator from the chart and then reattach it. Symbol text color input defaults to White. I've attached the source code in case anyone needs to edit the text spacing/positioning on the chart. The indicator looks best with the chart grid disabled, line chart enabled, and line color set to None or Black in MT5 Chart Properties.

As promised in my other swap indicator thread, the swap indicator in this thread has been updated straight to version 4, attached. Version 3 was intentionally skipped because inputs and bug fixes are on par with the indicator in the other thread.
