Technical Info.

- Everything is in alphabetical order;
- Each single indicator you see in separated posts is included into MACD PACK OVER 500 INDICATORS.
- 'Dynamic Zone' series of MACD will need DynamicZone.DLL that can be found in the 'Libraries' folder.
