What does that request has in common with this thread?

Teamtrader,
i usually change the color (if a color is in the code). Compile with new color. Tan change back the color. Compile.
And indicator will show on chart. So far so good.

One of the additional issues :

- on a first compile you shall notice that the levels are always drawn as solid lines. As soon as you recompile it, they will start to be drawn as they should.

Something very wrong with the compiler in build 1090 - compiling randomly without a code change is and never was a good sign

Some more examples what happens with the new build of metatrader 4
When you starts it - as it is obvious values are there, just mt4 "forgot" to draw it


After recompiling it (the code remained exactly the same - no change since there is nothing that has to be changed)

I test one of the dsl_macd indicator, drag ii into chart with empty display. Have to manually compile it few times (about 5 i think) in order to enable the indicator to display correctly.



But on some other indicators it doesn't need to compile manually, strange.

It is almost sure in the default style it was having before - if there is an explicit style declaration it seems to be working, but if it is the assumed (line style) then it does not. It is messed up with the styles of levels too

What is out of any reasoning (I don't want to use other words) is why it once compiles wrong and then OK - the exact same code. That is anything but a sign of being reliable coding (and trading) platform

I deleted 1234

And it was ok!

GOOD CHARI... well explained and i believe, I do 2 or 3 times click in "compile" button till the indicator visibile in chart.
