For various purposes,some times for good (only for themselves) and some times for bad (renaming,selling,reselling,claiming their code by altering a bit) - all in all taking possession on code and this is what where users over ruins the good and kind deed of coders
As for ex4,it does all perfectly and totally for what it is supposed to,as so many times kind experts already explained
I think at least at some point peoples have to acknowledge and consult the authors for their expertise,dont they see,how much and from how long experts are helping sincerely

thx u for replying to me sir & hope so people may stop asking for mq4 source EVERY SINGLE time they was given free indicator already!!!!!!!!!!!! so annoying :cray:

It is (enough)

The reason for asking mt4 is not for not being able to use them. But you should ask that question those that are constantly asking mt4 on all forums and on all ex4 file posting on any forum, while, in the same time, you never see those same guys posting any mq4 file anywhere

1. The reason that people ask for mql4 is that you never know what is inside "ex4" file. It can be a "spy" algorithm, a code damaging your computer, getting information without your knowledge, a virus...you never even will know as the code is closed.

2. Metatrader often changes some functions in it language, and then your indicator stops working. Having an open code you can tweak it, having "ex4" only makes it impossible.

3. Do not hope that people "stop asking". Start asking by yourself, if you have "ex4" only code from someone. Never trust and work with "ex4" only codes.

4. Educate yourself more, and then, equipped with expanded awareness, probably, you will not descend to toady "thx u for replying to me sir", and ass-crawling "so annoying..."

A very strange and funny logic
can some one show and prove of any such kind issue or problem and or any single complaint of any single code, since from last 12 years regarding Mladen/Mrtools thousand codes - used every where and running in every single forum
As for tweaking there are even thousands codes of them with open source code (mq4) but we never see any tweaking/upgrading from any side that somebody reposted (tweaked) - few from thousands no percentage
and guys for your kind information's,The codes that are not posted with source code there are genuine reasons

Although a well-writen and informative response to Moey's question, It's almost an insult to want to "inspect" Mladen, Mrtools & Mntiwana's range of EX4 codes. These guys have been around for years, helping people out. They are good people and have no interest in seeing people's default $10,000 MT4 demo accounts in the red

No any insult to be meant for anyone. I wrote the reasons for obtaining full ml4 code in general, among which can be spy, viruses, etc. and that's all. Where do you see my mentioning those respected gentlemen?)) Do not take it up or imply on personally.
