Mntiwana, could You please share the template or settings for this one?mntiwana wrote: Fri Jun 23, 2017 4:47 pm Double Stochastic RSI
A bit older version - newer version is far best features wise - posted here
https://www.forex-station.com/viewtopic ... 1294882847
This version Double Stochastic RSI with interpolated mtf - rsi periods - rsi price to use rsi calculation basic 7 - stoch 1 and 2 periods - stoch smoothing periods - stoch signaling periods - 4 averaging methods for smoothing and signaling
very good tool, flexible to fit and adjust in any situation, thanks to our experts

192Double Stochastic RSI (vhf adaptive)
20 prices - interpolated mtf - averages methods for smoothing and signaling - 4 basic - and rsi period - stoch 1 and 2 periods

Indicator is just a tool.
Use it only if it can benefit you. Leave it if you don't know how to use it optimally.

193Double Stochastic RSI (vhf adaptive) averages
Also this version of Double Stochastic RSI (VHF Adaptive) Averages - it can use the usual 34 Averages for stochastic smoothing and signal line and both can be double smoothed too - 20 prices - interpolated mtf

194Dear mntiwana,mntiwana wrote: Fri Jun 23, 2017 5:54 pm Double Stochastic RSI
This is newest version by mrtools that is posted already
for example what it doing
did you post the right indicator ?
The pictures shows Smoothed double Stochastic RSX, but you post Double Stochastic RSi !
Greetings

195Maxtorque, in the settings you have extern enRsiTypes RsiMethod = rsi_rsx; you have a choice of rsi'sMaxTorque wrote: Sun Jun 25, 2017 2:48 am Dear mntiwana,

rsi_rsi, // Regular RSI
rsi_wil, // Slow RSI
rsi_rap, // Rapid RSI
rsi_har, // Harris RSI
rsi_rsx, // RSX
rsi_cut // Cuttlers RSI
by default it's set to rsx.

196Now I got it. Just have a look to the first version.mrtools wrote: Sun Jun 25, 2017 3:00 am Maxtorque, in the settings you have extern enRsiTypes RsiMethod = rsi_rsx; you have a choice of rsi's

197You can always "reconstruct" the enum we are using (we are not using "out of the order" enums)MaxTorque wrote: Sun Jun 25, 2017 3:08 am Now I got it. Just have a look to the first version.
Thank you very much.
Simply see the order that the names are appearing - that is how the enum is constructed
Re: Stochastic indicator(s)
198can we have the standard suite of alerts on this please?mntiwana wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2017 8:19 am DSS (r-squared) adaptive (on chart) 1.1
MLADEN : And this is an upgrade , decided to make it a sort of "all adaptive" version
in this version you can choose if
stochastic calculation should be adaptive
smoothing calculation should be adaptive
that way user can get 4 completely different versions of indicator - depending on the chosen parameters-
Difference can be big - lower example are with out smoothing adapting and then with smoothing adapting turn on.

199Upgraded version of dss (r-square) adaptive - the on-chart versionmntiwana wrote: Tue Apr 18, 2017 8:19 am DSS (r-squared) adaptive (on chart) 1.1

200DSS Bressert - cci
Double smoothed stochastic Bressert CCI with usual prices - cci periods - stoch length and smoothed EMA values
______________
Mladen : I like the idea to use some thing else for DSS calculation so tested some - what surprises me that they do not lag when compared to "Pure" "DSS" - so feel free to test them it all depends on ones preferences which one to use - any way i find interesting is the DSS of an Average
