are you saying the Washington Post did not publish this story?

- if you are then you are wrong and should have checked before posting and making yourself look like an idiot.
- if you are not then you are just spamming and trolling and making yourself look like an idiot.

Despite being used to it, I remain absolutely gobsmacked at the lies coming from the American government.

Anyone who pays even remote attention to the subject can see U.S. policy on China and Taiwan has changed dramatically.

For one the core of the policy towards Taiwan was strategic ambiguity, meaning the US not saying if it would defend Taiwan, or not, in case of conflict. Biden has now said at 4 different occasions that the US would.

Another key aspect of US policy towards Taiwan was the absence of American soldiers on the ground. They left when the US recognized the PRC as the sole legitimate government of China in 1978, 45 years ago and... came back this year when 200 US military trainers were officially announced.

Or yet another key aspect of the policy was the absence of official relations between Taiwan and the US... policy shattered by Pelosi's visit to the Island in her official capacity as Speaker of the House.

I could go on and on: the unprecedented arm sales to Taiwan, the constant flow of US warships in the Taiwan strait, etc.

So why lie? For a very simple reason. So that when war arises, just like the Ukraine war, the US can claim it was "totally unprovoked"

Be patient therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth: patiently bearing till he receive the early and latter rain.
Behold, we account them blessed who have endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and you have seen the end of the Lord, that the Lord is merciful and compassionate.

Decimation of Ukrainian forces continuing today. Ukrainian sources on Telegram reporting whole units of the 57th motorised brigade failing to return 2 hours after failed attack on Bakhmut. 127th division of the Ukrainian column under artillery fire near Novodarovka. And an ''unprecedented number of Russian MIG-31Ks'' (capable of carrying the largest missiles) are in the air and air raid sirens sounding throughout Ukraine.

As it looks now, the dam has breached because of a state of disrepair, it was under Russian control but noone has seen to the maintenance of the plant and dam, and water levels has been at a yearly high.

theres satellite photos and reports of it breaking more and more the days/week before it collapsed:
https://www.businessinsider.com/kakhovk ... ?r=US&IR=T

The photos spreading around at the time of the collapse also doesnt show any damage from explosions, its cleanly cut off, water pressure bcame too high and pushed through, no explosion marks etc.

The most likely scenario is that it has been left umanaged on the controlling side(russia)

I dont think any side would bomb it, more than the parts of the runway that russia bombed after a retreat last year(shouldnt have affected the dam though)
Both sides had too much to loose on the dam breaking. Ukraines offensive would be significantly harder and civilians and ecology would take huge damage,m and on russias side crimea and trenches would have great problems aswell.

"water cresting above the top" " no regulation happening" 17th may, it were signs of a disaster incoming already then
