The thread has been spammed so badly I can't check what I've already posted so this might be a repeat.

Ukraine sent untrained recruits into the battle of Bakhmut to save its professional soldiers for an expected counteroffensive, The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

One man, Vladyslav Yudin, told the Journal that he told a sergeant major that he had never fired or even held a gun before. “Bakhmut will teach you,” Yudin was told.

Despite Kyiv’s Western backers advising against expending resources on Bakhmut, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky tried to hold onto the city for as long as he could, but it was fully captured by the Wagner Group and Russian forces this past weekend.

(one of the objectives of the so called counteroffensive was supposed to be the retaking of Bakhmut so seems stupid to save troops and let it go in the first place)

Meanwhile Zelensy's shelling, missile and terrorist attacks into Russia means Russia will have to create a buffer zone which is likely to be half of Ukraine. So by continued escalation by the west their own propaganda that Russia wanted more than just the 4 eastern states is coming true.

Kharkov to join the Belgorod region."

The governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, in response to a correspondent's question - what else can be done to protect the border areas of the region, suffering from shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine?

One thing to guarantee WW3 would be for Zelensky using F-16s to missile strike Crimea. The west keeps giving bigger and bigger weapons to an increasingly desperate Zelensky makes WW3 all the more likely

‼️ Another attempt of terrorist actions by the Russian Federation has once again been defeated - head of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov

👤 The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major General Kyrylo Budanov, made a statement after the terrorist Russia's attempt to attack our country with ballistic missiles in the afternoon of May 29, 2023:

"All those who have believed in the Russian Federation until now, believe or maybe dream of being able to intimidate Ukraine, I want to upset you - this is not the case: all of them have been and are still at their workplaces and continue to fulfill their work," said the head of Ukrainian military intelligence.

"All those who tried to intimidate us, dreaming that it would have some effect, you will regret it very soon. Our answer will not be long. Soon everyone will see everything," Kyrylo Budanov emphasized.

"Bakhmut should not repeat himself - it was too expensive a lesson for Ukraine" - The American Spectator
▪️Author James S. Robbins (dean of the academic faculty at the Institute of World Politics) writes that the fight for Bakhmut was “a Verdun-style battle of attrition that Ukraine had little chance of winning.”
▪️"Because the defense of Bakhmut was part of Ukraine's aid program last winter, critics say the defeat proves it was all a waste of money. They accuse Zelensky of hypocrisy for exaggerating Bakhmut's strategic value then and downplaying it now ', Robbins writes.
▪️“If Bakhmut had been quickly captured by the Russians in 2022, and if Ukraine had stabilized the front line a little further west – roughly where it is now – the withdrawal of troops would hardly have made headlines, and thousands of Ukrainian soldiers would have survived to fight another day."
▪️The author concludes: "The lesson is this: don't make a big deal if you don't know you can win."

"The lesson is this: don't make a big deal if you don't know you can win." Think about it! :D

The governor of the Kursk region, Starovoit, admitted that the so-called "special operation" had crossed into the territory of not only the Belgorod region, but also the Kursk and Bryansk regions.

According to him, local volunteer vigilantes. switched to 24 hour service. It turns out that the Kursk governor no longer trusts either the FSB border detachments or his declared "three lines of defense."

What is it? Frightened by successful raids of volunteers from LSR and RDK and is waiting for them to visit you?
