Almost all countries of the post-Soviet space also voted in favor, except for Tajikistan and Uzbekistan - they abstained.
In total, only 18 states "abstained" from voting. The draft resolution was prepared by 48 countries

Speaker of the US House of Representatives Kevin McCarthy on Monday, May 1, sharply responded to a Russian propagandist who tried to manipulate on the topic of support for Ukraine.
The South African authorities are asking the resident of the Russian Federation, Putin, not to come to the BRICS summit, which will be held in South Africa this summer. The reason is the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) on charges of war crimes in Ukraine.
122 countries voted for the UN resolution, in which Russia is recognized as an aggressor country.
Among them are Armenia, Kazakhstan and China.

Oh, please, don't get carried away. Both, Putin and Xi know it means nothing. To interpret that as China turning against Russia is ridiculous. China knows how to play political games. As business is their number 1 priority they are simply pleasing the West and make it easier for them to buy from China. They know very well that continuing to eliminate the USD from business and transactions ( the number of countries doing so is growing) will show consequences in the near future and then the game will change anyway. Remember that even France got to pay in Yuan.

Counteroffensive Postponed (Bread queues in Ukraine)

The counter-offensive is being postponed because of the information that was leaked to the mass media ," Zelenski said.

I suspect that the Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin is probably right, it will start on May 9th (Russian Holiday) and will be all over by the 15th.

Zelensky has already lost, he ploughed over 30% of his entire army into Bakhmut, best troops and equipment, and they are all gone. The west will stop funding this debacle if he does nothing but he only has raw recruits left, they will be decimated.

Reminder that the US (NATO) has given no assurances to the Ukraine as to what happens to the Ukraine as a state if they lose. The Russians may well move up to the Dnipro river that is a natural, defensible east west divide and Poland are keen to grab the north west while there is nothing to stop them.

The Guardian: Ukraine is gripped by poverty
To the news about "European integration". The newspaper writes that Ukrainians, out of desperation, hand over things to pawnshops and stand in line for hours for free bread.
“We are seeing a 30% drop in GDP mainly because Ukraine exports 80% of its goods through ports that it no longer has access to,” economist Olena Bilan told the newspaper

They are used to that anyway. They got nothing before (a ridiculous GDP/capita), they got nothing now (despite Millions of tons of grains they can't export, they are unable to bake some bread) and they will have even less in future as they are selling Millions of ha of their most fertile farmland to foreign investors lead by Vanguard&Co. Thus they are a liability to whoever deals with them and will come begging for even more free money in the future.
