No - the only reliable person to believe is you.
Unless you understand completely HOW the signals are produced by the provider then yours is the best.
If you are a swing trader, trend trader or a day trader it also makes a difference.
My advice is to back check an arrow signal setting on stochs, such as 8K/3D/6(slow), and check the different timeframes to see the arrows and importantly if there is divergence.
