Added the alerts, not able to test them right now, could you verify they work please?

Ended up doing this one, had to filter both the price and final value, because filtering the price hardly did anything.

Tested it,,keep on giving notification everytime candle closed instead of based on histo color change.

Yeah, just revisited the code again and saw my errors, think this version should be better hopefully, sorry about that.
