Do you think it'll continue to the downside after the retracement?

Don't know, Goldman Sachs were advising their clients so, but who knows.

It's an interesting dilemma, we're facing a recession and high inflation at the same time. The remedy for high inflation is to raise interest rates, the remedy for recession is to lower interest rates. Currently we are raising rates but the Fed must pivot at some point but when? There was money in the markets (stocks, indices) betting sooner rather the later, that money cleared out on the better than expected NFP print which gives the Fed more room.
