its is purely stong reversal stratgey and it will helps both binary and forex traders.

If the arrow is placed there it would possibly repaint, the arrow would have to be after the bullish/bearish price bar.

the arrow shall be confirmed after close price. after close price only the direction of price action and CCI line will be followed as per rule.

note:- if the above rule meets only when the CCI current close price line < previous bar close price line && also previous bar should be bearish ; current price bar should be Bullish- for up arrow

this rule can be more effective at OB/OS level breaks line

UP ARROW :- If arrow confirmed on bullish bar close price
DOWN ARROW: If arrow confirmed on bearish bar close price
