I was expecting a move on the release of the CPI and NYSE opening, but it didn't move at all, probably because it was the day before the Bank Holiday.

In the FX market, the CAD and JPY moved as soon as the CPI was released.

Today was an easier day for Forex than for Indicies for me.

Have a good trade!

Good night,from Japan. ;)

I think you went to bed too early, just before the big drop in the US session.

Both the Nikkei and Hang Sen were good buys this morning.

Which holiday are you referring to?

"The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) closes for nine holidays each year, and the Nasdaq Stock Market follows the same schedule. The markets do not close for Veterans Day and will operate normally on Thursday, Nov. 11. The next holiday closure is for Thanksgiving, which falls this year on Nov. 25.

Here is the 2021 holiday closure schedule for the NYSE and Nasdaq:

New Year's Day: Friday, Jan. 1
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Monday, Jan. 18
Washington's Birthday/Presidents Day: Monday, Feb. 15
Good Friday: Friday, April 2
Memorial Day: Monday, May 31
Independence Day: Monday, July 5 (observed, because July 4 falls on a Sunday)
Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 6
Thanksgiving: Thursday, Nov. 25
Christmas: Friday, Dec. 24 (observed, because Christmas Day falls on a Saturday)"

Maybe I went to bed too early, but it was after 1 a.m. Japan time, I have to be up before six in the morning, so I can't stay up late.

I envy those who can trade until the end of the New York market.

Oh!Bank holiday  I'm always so careless.

New Linux ZORIN OS 16 pro

Hi everyone,
As you all know that I use Linux Mint OS for trading with MT4 platform.
Well, there is a new linux OS that is more user friendly with a great frontend called Zorin OS 16 pro

I enclose a link to the file as well as description on how to install it.
Once installed go to software panel and install wine and winetricks and then install the fonts that I include with my setups and you are good to go.
Enjoy!
