By using the timeframes you have mentioned, you are watching on the 1m timeframe, the 5m and the 15m.
The 5m might recalculate up to 5 dots back and the 15m up to 15 dots back.
To avoid this, and only have the last dot reclculating, try reducing all 3 psar values to the 1m timeframe.
For example, I have in my notes that the 4hr 0.02 psar on the 5m timeframe is more or less the 0.00007 5m psar.
You can experiment to calculate the 1m equivalent for the 5m and 15m timeframes, for the psar value you are using.
