Super Passband Filter 2.01.mq5 is better than Super Passband Filter 1.1.mq4!

Will try and add mtf, but no guarantees since not that experienced in mt5 yet.

VHF is a very strange filter. The Step VHF adaptive VMA.mq5 indicator is worth adding MTF!
