The Fractals Support and Resistance indi found here does a decent job of S/R levels.
All these Supply Zone indicators work similarly. They simply highlight areas of price retest.

Not really, coding wise there really is no difference. Resting orders of true price supply and demand is really only available on Futures platforms. Not really accurate or attainable on the various FX broker LP's.
