Uniform/symmetrical bars with corresponding color changes. Hopefully that answers your question.

Can't post the link but search for flexi bars. It is a commercial indicator but works perfectly. I use it for 3 minute charts but it builds offline charts of any time period.

There is a free one at Fxblue called "FX Blue Tick Charts for MT4" cant post a link but google is your friend

Indicator settings for a second chart! You can also set 5 sec 15 sec 30 sec in the converter and open the corresponding charts M8, M6, etc., autonomously.

Check-in time speaks for you.
You may not have allowed the DLL to be imported, and you may not have an additional DLL.
I did not download. But this is the most common problem
