Version 2.0

I understand that Lumios is working on a larger project where this file comes from. Since there was no need to any macros, I removed them all so the file can be made into an xlsx file. Then added some new worksheets.

Change log;
1. All macros removed and file turned into XLSX file. Just accept the excel notification and you are good to go.
2. Some cosmetic changes to the dashboard
3. Reorganized the DDE page with just the DDE data for easy of extending further by others
4. Pip value sheet now shows just the pip value, the rest of the columns are hidden
5. New sheet called, Margin requirement, this calculates the margin for all 28 pairs for the user-defined lot size and leverage.
6. Pip calculated is redesigned
7. New sheet called market range.. just to understand the moves.
8. ADR(30) need to be entered manually extracting from mt4 indicators

Thiru & Lumi dudes thank you, I'm really finding Excel less distracting than charts (weird). Can you tell me, does the ADR auto update it's reading on it's own, too? Or is it static?
