Read an article few weeks back saying that America could lose 36 million jobs due to this corona pandemic. But, now looking at the numbers for 4 weeks... standing at 22 million, got a feeling that it may go past 50 million.

That is going to have a domino effect and only god knows where it will lead to... scary.

Already another monster figure is threatening, mortgage defaults... banks predict that this time it is going to be much worse than the 2008 subprime crisis.

There were 4,427,000 Initial Claims for unemployment benefits in the US during the week ending April 18th, the data published by the US Department of Labor (DOL) revealed on Thursday.

With this reading, the total number of Initial Jobless Claims in the last five weeks surpassed 26 million.
