XARD (or anyone that can help),

I'm trying out the ADX SAR indicator as it does seem like it will help to identify changes in trend direction however, the colors are just not pleasing to my eye.

I changed them to RED, saved it, however whenever I load it it comes out like the screenshot below... any idea how to fix this and make the color change permanent?

Thanks.

Best of both worlds.

Using 5 min for scalping and 30 min for new Trend cycle.
Picked up 337 Pip$ this morning scalping HK 5min while waiting for New Trend cycle to appear on 30 min.
Totally loving this Xmas edition, it is not the holy grail and was never intended to be, but trading the Dow and HK on this setup is sooooo much fun.
It reminds me of the days of trading like a boss setup on geppy paying out cherries every day... sweeeet.
All the best

PS Will post setup on 20191225
Good day xard,

Do you use 30 minute trend cycle to determine the trend for confirmation of 5 minute trend?
for example if 30 minute is blue cycle, We only look for buys on 5 minute chart. vise versa

Or do you trade 5 minute alone for scalping and the 30 minute is for another cycle trading.

Whatever it tells, it will repaint even when it tells that it will not
Example :
- above is when it finishes running the tests ("no repaint" mode)
- below is the same thing is attached after tests are finished ("no repaint" mode) too

ie: it repaints regardless of the "no repaint" mode (and it repaints more than what is seen on the example, since run-time changes are going to be even bigger).
Uh, mladen said "Extreme Spike" indicator repaints.

You should be able to change the colours from the input menu now.

Nice Trades off the Pivot Lines.

Especially when you machine-gunned it going down. I thought to myself, "what's he doing"? But obviously you know what you're doing.
Very nice trading style. You obviously use your own stuff to take those trades.

Very Nice

Could you show it more slowly with large candles?
OK I will do another video soon lol. But you can help yourself with the strategy tester that I've uploaded.

Even better, show us a recorded week using it in realtime (forward walk).

Everyone is praising a visual backtest on the MT4 simulator - bizarre.
I am not a full time trader yet. I only got to try this system once a week. I don't have fx book at the moment. I do have my own channel that I use to record my trades. 03 Jan I did 313pips.

Nice, using Xard’s set up? If so, which one? The new xmas or previous version?

So here is my Powerdash that had been custom fitted for my personal trading style.

It was fitted like an expensive custom fine fitted suit by non-other than Xard himself.

I normally don't share the source code but since Xard has asked me to I will do it here.

You guys can go into the source code and custom it to your specifications since your trading style is different than mine.

I only ask if you come up with anything good then share it here.

How can I shrink the powerdash? I have all the pairs listed but it cuts off at NZDJPY... I've tried all the settings but nothing is making it smaller? Or is this an issue with my screen size?

Oh, I see. That's for the strategy tester. I wished I had something like this for real trading.
Sorry I didn't get your question do you mean the trade manager thats like a box that you can key in your lot size buy sell risk etc etc? Try this one https://forums.babypips.com/t/mt4-trade ... -ea/227750
Thank you for the link. I know this one. But that's more like what I would call "overkill". Too much to focus on. I thought your one was very practical to use.
