Have had that error too on other indicators and if I am remembering correctly when I had that error it was because I didn't compile the indicator in the open other data mt4 folder. Maybe try that.

Open data folder from Mt4 and then goto "MQL4\Indicators" folder. Don't put your indicator under program files location. It's not a best practice.
