Hello mladen,

can you change the 2.02-version of "dynamic zone polyfit derivative averages nrp.ex4" please?

I use it on offline chart and the lines on the 2.02-version are painted too close.

Changed it on "dynamic zone polyfit derivative averages nrp.mq4" with a multiplier for spreading the lines:

"Poly = PolyFit(PriceArray,Order,Degree,Length,i*(FitMode-1)) * Multiplier;"

With a Multiplier of 10.0 it fills the hole window with the software minimally possible minimum -0.0001 and maximum 0.0001 for using templates.

Bottom window on the picture is "dynamic zone polyfit derivative averages nrp.mq4" with a multiplier!

Thank's in advance

beppi,

Try out this version

but nothing is changed.

I use a multiplier of 10.0 on the bottom window.

Can you check it again?

Hi beppi
Aside from the offline charts,i am testing/using it M30 usual chart, what i see degree parameter is used to narrow/widen swings to gauge short term or long term trend (in my picture upper sw is 4 degree and lower sw in 10 degree) .... then as for min/max lines the sell/buy probability parameter is used to form narrow or wide (in my picture upper sw 0.05 and lower sw 0.4)
the rest of parameters are default

What I would really love to understand are a) what are those dots on the indicator line - technically what do they mark such that when they appear we know what to read into them b) when do they appear (so we can compare with when they do not appear to read the situation and make an assumption). c) the red line in my earlier post why is it set to 100 and -100 limits. What does it mean (technically) for price to be at either limit. In short and overall what was the indicator designed to do and how generally does it do it (or calculate). Cheers
What i can pick,it is T3 measuring low high for trend trigger factor (ttf) with dynamic zone,in picture yellow line is of T3 and dots ttf,but experts can better explain us.

Right Mntiwana,

If I get you right:
The indicator has a T3 indication that occurs at highs and lows and those are the dots we see - and which you refer to as Trend Trigger Factor. So what I would like to know is this - does the TTF attempt to measure the turning point for a new trend or does it indicate acceleration of the current trend (as you might note, there are usually several of them and as such I am not sure because sometimes trend accelerates on their appearance and other times it turns - though less frequently from my count so far). The red lines in my original screen shot are set to -100 and 100 and I would like to know the meaning of those settings since it is unusual for DZ_i's and also combining that understanding with the understanding of what TTF means will give better insight into how to read the indicator as a whole. It is a very powerful and accurate indicator it seems and I would like to know about it. But clearly few people know about it as much as you - which means the few people who might know about it or use it are Never around. But do you not think you should start a thread Mntiwana? Because the experts do not seem to be responding and I am sure most of the indicators we gain from this site are more or less in the same category of people just using them without knowing how or why the work and what they measure etc. The thread will have you featuring an indicator and experts telling us what they do and how they work and what to look for when (i.e. the design logic). Otherwise we will just have these nice indicators we really know nothing about. There is so much confusion in this business and it is not helped when the trader really does not understand the functionality and design of the tools he uses. Just my 2cents.

As to current topic i am agree with you in a lot of cases except "But clearly few people know about it as much as you" i am just and only a learner and poster here, nothing more, then so many i means really so many peoples knows a lot more than me.
Yes,it really needs a all time running thread where experts (real experts) participate and contribute their knowledge and expertise they have and gained since from years of reading and practice, for to form some like good working strategy that at least cover a reasonable daily expenses to survive (i am not talking about developed countries status) so that traders can explore new ways with an satisfactory environment and for this i opened that LTLTF thread but currently not able to manage time to work on it,then same thing PAVA started (BEST SETTINGs) thread but that is still in Q,of course we will be work on with a deep interest and as immediate need.

What is Dynamic Zone?

Dynamic Zone is a possibility band. When the momentum indicator runs higher so that DZ line makes a new high and it draws a blue dot. The same on the negative site. Since the oscillator is quite sensitive and draws nice divergences it seems he finds the turning points easily. It is a clever presentation. If you have worked with some DZ indis or momentum indis you know how they work. Start the basic indis and then the combined ones.

It is crucial to understand to understand the tool you work with and also to try to go new ways. If two people look on a chart or picture or whatever they see different things. We can only help people to see the right things or tell them what they should look for, but that doesn't seem to interest many people. Most people search for a HG with arrows. Lines can already be to difficult. Then you read comments like "No thanks, FX/stocks is the same as casino" or random or fantasy-driven. The ones who wants to look deeper and are ready to learn will break the meta one day.

Yes,almost you are right DZs are possibility/probability bands or boundaries, and then before reaching their (indicator) center/base line,i means zero line (levels) the DZ lines provide a pre info that trend is turning to what side
