Does anyone else have this problem? too many indicators, all in a big mess, even reached the max number that mt4 can show a few times.

how does everyone else structure their indicator libraries, its getting hard to find what im looking for xD

create sub folders
your installation path\Indicators\your folder a\ your folder b\your folder c
what the name of folders would be is up to you
a format that always work is year/yearmonth/yearmonthday ex :
your installation path\Indicators\2023\202303\20230302 (with this format you must reach the max number allowed in a single day, not so easy to do it)
set the windows to index [ your installation path\Indicators] and all sub folders and you will be fine

Is there any limitation for the number of folders or indicators? Is there any limit? Though I had put more than 1000 indicators then most of them disappared. Is there any solutions for it?

I have. If the "Indicators" folder is larger than 40 Megabytes, problems begin. Yes, it's inconvenient. 25 Megabytes are very dear to me. Sometimes you have to make 10 new ones a day. It needs to be cleaned often.
