Looked at my old spreadsheets, the email parsing was running for 2 years - 2019 and 2020 - using Microsoft Flow which was free at the time.
Now it has been renamed to Power Automate, don't know if there is still a free subscription available.
When I managed to set it up in 2019, it kept running trouble free for 2 years.
Never went back to investigate what broke down the process.
