Ayrex. The broker is not regulated but as long as small amounts are concerned, its quite reliable and withdrawals are very fast.

And lag?..IQOptions sometimes jus lags for a sec or 2 :x

The trade execution is much faster than IQ. In fact it is fastest of all the brokers I have used so far.
