'The U.S. this week linked a cybercrime group with ties to the North Korean government to a cryptocurrency heist of more than $620 million last month.'
'The group reportedly hacked the video game Axie Infinity by infiltrating the Ronin "blockchain" – which is a network that facilitates the transfer of cryptocurrency in and out of the game.'
The hackers ended up taking roughly $620 million.

2Well, they're already stolen more than they did last year, that we know of, that is. Back in 2021 North Korean hackers stole about 400 million USD from crypto exchanges. It's over 600 million this year and it's only April.
