''“green energy” as currently conceived makes no sense.

it’s not cost competitive. it’s not real baseline energy. it cannot provide reliable power to grids without massive fossil fuel backups, and the more determined we get to implement wind and solar, the fewer real solutions (like nuclear) are possible. it’s a one way ticket to energy insecurity, and it’s entirely avoidable.''

Interesting update on where we are with battery storage for electricity produced by wind and solar (spoiler alert; still a long way away from anything practical).

SCIENCE & TECH
UK
The energy crisis is biting hard. UK households still face a huge hike in their bills, despite the government’s plans to freeze them at £2,500, and small businesses remain at risk of bankruptcy. So securing reliable sources of energy should be at the top of the political agenda, especially after Russia cut off gas supplies to Europe earlier this month.

It's not meant to be science it's a religion.

Kat A 🌸 @SaiKate108
Australia rolls out climate change legislation despite the fact no one can provide the science to back it.

‘The CSIRO …have never said, never advised to anyone that carbon dioxide from human activity is a danger to humans’

What a deception it is!!

Biomass Renewables Scam

BBC Panorama @BBCPanorama
Drax is chopping down trees and taking logs from some of the world’s most precious forests to burn at its Yorkshire power station, which provides 12% of the UK’s renewable energy

The Green Energy Scandal Exposed

(reminder that biomass data is used to make 'renewables' look better by covering up wind and solar's useless contribution)
