I'd agree with the majority here. Without any biased opinions, i'd say both can prove to be better if they got it right

WELL SAID! Discussing such a topic is itself nothing less than differentiating between women and men. Such differences shouldn't exist. Men and Women both are equal.

I think the main difference between traders comes from personality - how organized and disciplined one is, which has nothing to do with gender.

Correct!
Personality, skills, passion for trading - that is what makes or mars a person's career as a trader, got nothing to do with whether one is male or female.

Exactly. Gender has no relevance, It's all about the right skills.
