Im humble requesting if can do the conversion to tradestation platform of the following indicators. Im even willing to pay for it as i urgently need them.

i dont guess that you are still working on this, but anyways the second file that you linked is the executable version and so you are going to need the source code if you want to convert that.

i am personally interested to learn the fix protocol on tradestation, this will be my first attempt to write fix based trading code.
